Custom-made, personalized, and clearance items are non-returnable.

Condition of Returned Items :-

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

Items that are damaged, used, or altered in any way will not qualify for a return.

How to Return an Item :-

Step 1 - Capture a Video: To initiate a return, please provide a clear video showing the unboxing process and that the product is in its original condition as delivered. The video helps us process your request faster. Ensure it clearly demonstrates the product's condition.

Step 2 - Submit Your Request: Once we receive your video and return details, we will review and confirm whether the return is eligible. We reserve the right to accept or reject returns based on the product's condition.

Step 3 - Return Shipment: If your return is accepted, You will need to ship the item back at your own expense to: Building 6, Hero Honda Chowk, Block B, Sector 34, Gurugram, Haryana, 122001.
