Vacuum regularly to keep clean.
Do not soak or bleach. Dry immediately.
Do not leave sitting wet.
Spot clean with cold water and mild soap.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Clean spills immediately so that they do not become set in the rug.
When having rugs cleaned professionally (especially hand-made rugs), always make use of reputable rug experts.
Pile Shredding is normal with natural fibers, this will reduce with time and usage.
Please keep this in mind when ordering online, as supplied item may differ very slightly from pictured product.
Do not pull the loose ends if any. Trim with scissors.
This is handmade rugs / carpets from India. Each rug is created by an individual artist and has its own identity and design / color variation, slight variation on these handmade carpet & rugs is not considered as fault but charm of this traditional process.

Return & Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. The sooner we receive your request, the smoother the replacement process.

How to return
1. Email us at contactus@luxebuy.club with photos of the damage within 3 days of delivery.
2. We confirm your return request within 24–48 hours.
3. If reverse pickup is available at your pin code, we schedule a collection at no cost to you.
4. If reverse pickup is not available, you self-ship the item back to us in its original condition. We recommend a trackable courier — Humming Haus is not responsible for items lost or damaged during self-shipment.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement is processed within 7–10 business days.
Conditions for return
To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be:
Reported within 3 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence
Returned in its original condition — rolled and packed as received
Accompanied by your original proof of purchase
Non-refundable & non-returnable circumstances
We are unable to accept returns or process refunds under the following circumstances:
Damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the product after delivery
Accidental damage after delivery
Any part, accessory or component of the rug is missing
Items purchased during a sale, offer or promotional event
Custom or made-to-order rugs unless they arrive damaged or defective
Rug coating charges — if you opted for a protective coating on your rug at the time of order, the coating amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for return.
Cancellations
Orders placed during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
For all other orders, cancellation requests must be made before the rug enters production. Once weaving has commenced, we are unable to cancel the order as the rug is being made specifically for you.

Custom & made-to-order rugs
As all HummingHaus rugs are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
