7- Avoid placing hot pans or heavy items directly on the products.

Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept any returns unless you receive a damaged/broken product.
In the case of a damaged/broken piece, kindly email us with your order id and supporting pictures to sales contactus@luxebuy.club within 48 hours of you receiving the product.
Once we receive your email request, we will send you the damaged part/s.
In case the entire product needs a change, we will send you a new piece.
Return of the damaged piece will only be accepted in original packing, invoice and should be in new condition.
