Replacements
If you receive a damaged product, an unboxing video must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package to file a replacement claim.
In case of any damage, we will replace the product or the necessary part to resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days.
If a package has been packed and shipped, it will be treated as a return order if cancelled, and two-way shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
